Gail D. Fosler (b. 1947) is a prominent American economist and economic forecaster. She is currently president of The GailFosler Group LLC, a strategic advisory service for global business leaders and public policymakers. She was a past president and chief economist of The Conference Board. She currently serves on the board of directors of Baxter International and Swiss Re America Holding Corp, a North American Subsidiary of Swiss Re. She is a past director of a number of major corporations, including Caterpillar Inc. and Unisys. She lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband R. Scott Fosler and their son Michael.
She was interviewed on Australian television's Lateline Business program on Monday the 17th of May, 2010 in her position as "CEO, Gail Fosler Group'.
