Maria Flordeluna is a Filipino soap opera that currently airs on the ABS-CBN television network and DZMM TeleRadyo for television while DZMM 630 for radio in the Philippines and worldwide on TFC, The Filipino Channel.

The series is based on the radio drama of the 1970s entitled "Flordeluna" written by Marcos Navarro Sacol. "Flordeluna" was first adapted for a television version in the late 1980s starring Janice de Belen in the title role.

Maria Flordeluna tells the story of the title character, a 10 year old girl, and her family.

Jo is a teacher who first falls in love with Leo Alicante in 1994, and marries him 13 years later. She has one daughter, Wilma.

The series theme song is entitled Maria Flordeluna and was written by Arden Condez and Jonathan Manalo. It was composed and arranged by Jonathan Manalo. It is performed by Sheryn Regis.
