The Woodall Rogers Deck Park is a planned construction project in downtown Dallas; the park will be built over Woodall Rogers freeway and will connect uptown and and downtown Dallas.[1]

Project Details

The park will become a part of downtown Dallas' Art District; it will span four blocks, from Pearl street to St. Paul street, with the park itself five acres in area.[2]

Adjacent Development

Nearby park development includes new construction in the Arts District on one side and in uptown on the other. The Arts District in 2009 will complete a ten year expansion project that will add a opera house, theatre, and performace park to the area. The Museum Tower, a forty story high rise residential tower, is also set to be constructed next to the park in 2009.
