Jerzy Żurawlew (January 21, 1887, Rostov-on-DonOctober 3, 1980, Warsaw) was a Polish pianist, conductor, and professor at the Warsaw conservatory. He studied with Aleksander Michałowski. He was the founder of the International Frederick Chopin Piano Competition.
