This friendly campus love story also featured Pyramid Natarajan, Suman Shetty and Santhanam. It enjoyed relatively cool success. It featured an item number by Rahasiya. The soundtrack was a great hit with the song ‘laila majnu' at number 1 for 10 weeks in the Chennai music chart. A cartoon character acted in the movie. feb14 is India's first live action movie in Indian film history. So Shiva thinks about a plan to get her to stay and he expresses his love to her by creating a fictitious character MR X but never reveals about the identity character till the end. Pooja who got impressed by MR X refuses to see him in the later stage but understand and accepts Shiva's true love.
