The Equalizer is a game hacking, cheat cartridge by Datel that was released for the Nintendo 64 it is compatable with the Action Replay and all of it's features would also be used for the Game Shark Plus version for the N64. The slightly different menus, cause flickering on NSTL telivisions because of it's PAL region format yet it allows playablity of NSTL games.
