The King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Arabic Health Encyclopedia (KAAHE) is a public research consortium launched by the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in collaboration with the Saudi Association for Health Informatics (SAHI), in May 2010. This encyclopedia aims to create high-quality health articles, and make the contents available for the public.

History

In May 2010, this project was initiated by the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) in collaboration with the Saudi Association for Health informatics (SAHI). After that, the World Health Organization (WHO), the Health On the Net Foundation (HON) and the National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA) helped this encyclopedia by increasing the trustworthy medical content.[1]
