Supernatural: Origins is a prequel tie-in comic book to the WB/CW American Television series Supernatural. It is published by Wildstorm, a subsidarary of DC Comics. The series deals with John Winchester raising his children, Sam and Dean on the road while tracking the demon that killed his wife in the TV series pilot.

Production History

Supernatural: Origins was first announced in an issue of TV Guide. The comic book is written by Peter Johnson, although the first issue featured a backup story by famed DC writer Geoff Johns. Issue #1 debuts in May, and covers are drawn by different artists, including Tim Sale.
