Muaradua, or usually spelled as Muara Dua, is a town or Sub-district in South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, of South Sumatra province of Indonesia and it is the seat (capital) of South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

This city has heavy rainfall and is nicknamed the cool city. The city has a population of 51,202 (2010). From the city of Muaradua, it only takes 90 minutes to get to Lake Ranau, and is located on the border of South Sumatra, Lampung and Bengkulu provinces. Usually two livelihoods in Muaradua, include farmers (75%) and civil servants (25%).[1]
