Acrokeratosis paraneopastica of Bazex (also known as "Bazex' syndrome") is a cutaneous condition characterized by psoriasiform changes of hands, feet, ears, and nose, with involvement of the nails and periungual tissues being characteristic and indistinguisable from psoriatic nails.[1]: 665
