Ross Millington (born 19 September 1989) is a British long-distance runner.

He represented Great Britain at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the men's 10,000 metres.[1]

In 2019, he competed in the senior men's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark.[2] He finished in 64th place.[2]
