Encouraging and rewarding involvement in community life

INT Management encourages students to get involved in community life and gives them the opportunity to capitalize on these experiences through modules in professional skills development projects. Like internships, involvement in community life through associations contributes to the professional integration of future engineers. It gets them used to communicating and collaborating on concrete projects and helps them take on board the broad spectrum of reasoning, cultures and behavior. This process is crucial if they are later to succeed in business. This type of involvement offers students an opportunity to assume responsibility, assert themselves and put into practice the theories they have learned.
