Top Star is a 2013 South Korean movie directed by veteran actor Park Joong-Hoon. It stars Uhm Tae-woong as a manager of a top star who dreams to be famous. He becomes one due to a twist, however his life changes. Veteran actor Ahn Sung-gi and Uhm Tae Woong's singer-actress sister Uhm Jung-hwa made cameo appearances. The movie premiered in Busan International Film Festival.
Plot
The manager of a very famous Actor gets the chance of a lifetime to become an actor. The problem is over time his role gets bigger and starts to have his own fame. His second problem is that he is in love with the secret lover of the actor he is tasked to manage. Will fame corrupt the former manager?
