Kevin Tkachuk (born on September 11, 1976 in Thompson, Manitoba) is a prop for the Canadian national rugby team and the Glasgow Warriors in the UK.

After completing his studies at Oxford University he played rugby for numerous clubs, joining Glasgow in 2004. Despite being color blind, and suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, he has earned 34 caps for Canada including 5 as captain. He is 1.8m tall and weighs 115kg.

Although being nick-named ‘T-Bone’ Kevin is one of rugby’s true renaissance men. A romantic at heart he was known to spend many hours wandering with female companions through the Oxford University Parks. Legend has it he would pontificate on everything from English Local History to the dark arts of international front row play.
