+ 30mg is the first EP by the band Cruel Youth . The EP was released on September 16, 2016 under the Disgrace Records label.

After being expelled from the New Zealand version of The X Factor in 2015, Teddy Sinclair and Willy Moon moved back to the United States, where they began experimenting with music and eventually formed the band Cruel Youth. Their first release was the song Mr. Watson , which they released on the Soundcloud platform in February 2016 . The song was later released as a second single after Diamond Days , and a video for the song was released in June 2016. After the video was released, Sinclair announced that the band would release an EP in 2016. On September 7th, the single Hatefuck was released and on September 16, 2016 the band released the EP.

Singles

A total of three singles from the EP have been released. The first single Diamond Days was released on April 15, 2016. Mr. Watson was released as the second single on May 20, 2016. The third and final single, Hatefuck , was released on September 7, 2016. None of the singles could place in the charts.
