Ämmunasu is an uninhabited island, 260 meters from the largest Estonian island Saaremaa . The island is located in the rural municipality of Saaremaa in the Saare district . It is located in the Tepu Laht Bay in Kahtla-Kübassaare hoiuala .

Ämmukare is 20 meters long and ten meters wide.
