Equator ( Equator ) is a Franco-Belgian comic series published between 1992 and 1994 .

Stany Gouverneur, who has left his previous life as a novelist behind him, is doing more badly in the Central African no man's land, where he is only known to the locals under the name Dereck. In order to pay his gambling debts, he is forced to make himself and his run-down boat available to others. His dubious clients are no less dangerous than the orders themselves.

Dany wrote and drew the adventure series. The idea for the second story came from Stephen Desberg . A third volume titled Intikam was just announced. Alpen Publishers began publishing albums in 1993, which Le Lombard completed in 1994. In the German-speaking area, Arboris released both albums.
