The Île Sainte-Blanche ( French ) is a small island in the Géologie archipelago off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . It is located west of the Île du Navigateur at the head of the Baie Pierre Lejay .
French scientists named them after the fact that they carried out gravimetric measurements here on July 9, 1958, the then commemoration day of Saint Blanka of Castile .
