Etschpotschmak ( Russian Эчпочмак , Tatar Өчпочмак , also Öçpoçmaq ) is a Russian dish from the Tatarstan and Bashkortostan area . The name means triangle . Etschpotschmak are triangular dumplings with a filling of potatoes , mutton and onions .

In Russia Etschpotschmak than fast food at the snack bar or supermarket available and many traditional restaurants have it on their menu.
