The Österreichische Sparkassenzeitung is the specialist magazine of the Austrian Savings Banks Association and is published six times a year by Bernsteiner Media GmbH in Vienna . It was first published in 1906. The current editor-in-chief is Markus Nepf.

Current social and economic trends are taken up in the magazine, new products as well as internal measures and events are discussed. In addition, the annual balance sheets of the regional savings banks are published in the Österreichische Sparkasse newspaper.

The magazine not only serves as an information medium for all employees of Erste Bank und Sparkassen and all subsidiaries, but is also available as a customer magazine in the branches of the banking group throughout Austria. The edition is 15,000 copies. In addition, 2,300 copies will be sent to top Austrian and EU politicians, state and municipal representatives and business executives.
