Östra Broby kyrka
The Östra Broby kyrka is a Lutheran church in the Swedish city Broby province County Skåne . It belongs to the Lund diocese of the Swedish Church .
Architecture and history
There was already a stone church at this point in the Middle Ages . In the years 1871 to 1873 it was replaced by a new building, which burned down in 1930. Today's stone church on a cross-shaped floor plan was built according to plans by the architect Sven Wranér and was inaugurated in 1932.
In the church there is an altar designed by the Swedish-French painter Rudolf Gowenius .
