Transitional Act
Transitional Act stands for:
- generally a law that contains a transitional provision
- the six German transitional laws on the special position of West Berlin passed between 1950 and 1990, see Berlin Clause
- the law on the provisional exercise of state authority in the south-west German state, enacted in the course of the formation of the state of Baden-Württemberg (transition law of 1952)
- the Austrian Constitutional Transition Act passed in December 1945
