The Śląsko-Dąbrowski Bridge ( Most Śląsko-Dąbrowski in Polish ) is a bridge in Warsaw , which was built as part of the east-west route from 1947 to 1949 on the pillars of the Kierbedź Bridge, which was built between 1859 and 1864 and blown up in 1944 .

In the first post-war years, an east-west route was built in Warsaw, which crosses the whole city with a tunnel under the old town. It was decided to replace the old, narrow Kierbedź Bridge with a modern, wide bridge. The pillars of the bridge, which was blown up in 1944, were used for this.

The new bridge was designed as a continuous beam with 6 yokes. The construction was made in the factories of the Upper Silesian Industrial Area Zagłębie Dąbrowskie (Dombrowa Coal Basin), which is why the bridge was named “Most Śląsko-Dąbrowski”. The bridge's lane is 14.70 m wide, 527 m long, and the pedestrian crossings are each 3 m wide. In the middle there is a strip with tram rails, which has also been used for bus transport since 2009. In the period from June 1, 1992 to July 18, 1993, the bridge was completely overhauled. In November 2010, decorative lighting of the construction with 192 multi-colored light-emitting diode lamps was installed.
