Šepeta is a village with 535 inhabitants in the district municipality of Kupiškis , 3 km southeast of Kupiškis in Lithuania . It is the center of the Šepeta ( seniūnaitija ) subdistrict . There is Alma Adamkienė Secondary School, a library, post office (LT-40015), chapel, and psychoneurological boarding school. In the area there is Šepeta swamp , a peat area .
