A commercial building can be found at 1-3 Hairst Street in the Scottish town of Renfrew in the Renfrewshire Council Area . In 1971 the structure was included in the Scottish Monument Lists in Monument Category B.

The one-story building is located at the intersection of Hairst Street ( A741 ) and High Street ( A877 ) in central Renfrew. It was built around 1910 according to a design by Scottish architect Thomas Graham Abercrombie in Beaux Arts style . Originally it housed a branch of the Union Bank of Scotland and after their merger the Bank of Scotland . Today there are shops there. The west-facing front along Hairst Street has a semicircular recess in the middle. The main entrance located there is suspected to be semicircular and designed with Ionic columns.
