The 1st Union Billard Club Horn is an Austrian billiards club from the Lower Austrian district capital Horn .
history
The association was founded under the name “1. Horner Billard Club “on September 10, 1988. At the first general meeting held, Manfred Wazlawik was elected chairman of the new club. The Union Billiard Club has been based in the Carambol billiards room since it was founded.
In 1990 the sporting course was set in the club towards pool billiards . It was decided to join the Lower Austrian Billiards Association. Together with two clubs from St. Pölten and Wiener Neustadt , the pool billiards section was founded within the association, which organizes team championships and individual competitions to this day. In the 1990/91 season, the club put a team in the Lower Austrian regional league for the first time.
Since joining the Lower Austrian Sports Union in 1994, the club has been called 1. Union Billard-Club Horn.
