The 22nd Royal Bavarian Infantry Brigade was a large unit of the Bavarian Army .
The brigade was set up on July 25, 1916 as a war formation. It was subordinate to the 12th Royal Bavarian Division , the formation of which was completed on July 30, 1916.
The following units were subordinate to the brigade:
- 26th Royal Bavarian Infantry Regiment
- 27th Royal Bavarian Infantry Regiment
- 28th Royal Bavarian Infantry Regiment
