5101
The 5101 is a static RAM with a storage capacity of 1024 bits , organized as 256 × 4 bits. The module is manufactured using CMOS technology and supplied in a 22-pin DIL housing . The block is u. a. produced by Motorola , NEC and Siemens . The access times are 450 or 650 nanoseconds depending on the design .
