5 Horse chestnut was the name of a natural monument in the Lower Saxony municipality of Wennigsen (Deister) in Germany .

A horse chestnut on the Klosteramthof street in front of the Wennigsen monastery mill, as well as a row of four horse chestnuts in the north between the mill operating ditch and the Wennigser Mühlbach , were put under protection in 1942 as a natural monument H 25 "5 horse chestnuts". In 1974 and 1985, four of the trees had to be removed for safety reasons after a wind break.

In 1988 the name of the natural monument, which now only consists of a single tree, was changed to H 25 horse chestnut . The remaining northernmost tree in the row of trees was felled around the turn of the millennium. Only a stump remained. The protection as a natural monument was lifted in 2007.
