AE Kaye

AE Kaye was an American sound engineer who was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Sound at the 1938 Academy Awards .

biography

Kaye was involved in the production of seven films between 1937 and 1938 as a sound engineer with the Studio Sound Department (SSD) of the film production company Grand National .

At the 1938 Academy Awards , he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Sound in The Girl Said No (1937). Other films from this period included Something to Sing About (1937), Tex Rides with the Boy Scouts (1937), Wallaby Jim of the Islands (1937) and International Crime (1938).
