AB Hanner is a Lithuania-based Akcinė bendrovė ( AB ; German joint stock company ) that plans, finances and builds real estate. Hanner has over 30 subsidiaries in Lithuania , Latvia , Romania , Russia and the Ukraine .

The CEO and sole shareholder of Hanner is Arvydas Avulis .

The group planned and built the European Trade and Business Center in Vilnius , the Savas shopping center in Kaunas and the Švyturio Arena in Klaipėda . The Europa -bau was voted one of the 15 most beautiful skyscrapers in the world in 2004 and brought the company the CEE Mixed Use Development of the Year 2004 Award . In 2005 "Hanner" had assets of 542 million litas (157 million euros). From 2006 to 2010, the company realized projects worth EUR 868.86 million.

In 2006, Hanner generated a profit of 93 million litas (26.93 million euros) before taxes.
