AWA high-rise

The AWA high-rise is an office and telecommunications complex in Sydney , Australia. The AWA high-rise consists of a 15-storey building on the roof of which there is a transmission tower made of steel frame construction . The total height of the structure is 111 meters, of which the building is 55 meters.

history

The Art Deco- style AWA high-rise was designed by the architects Morrow and Gordon and built between 1937 and 1939. It remained the tallest structure in Sydney until the 1960s.
