A Fisherman of the Inland Sea is a 1994 collection of short stories by the author Ursula K. Le Guin , which waspublished in German in1998 under the title Ein Fischer des Binnenmeeres . In the last three stories of the volume, the technique of "churten", the change of location without time interval, as well as its side effects are described; As LeGuin notes in the preface, the three stories about "churten" are "stories about stories", or about telling.
