A piacere (economy)

A piacere ( Italian for "at will") is the name of a bill of exchange that should be payable at any time.

According to Art. 33 Change Act , a change can be drawn on sight (change of view), for a certain time after sight (change of view), for a certain time after issuance (change of date) or on a specific day (change of day). Bills of exchange with other or with several consecutive expiry periods are void. The drawn bill of exchange must contain the expiry period ( Art. 1 No. 4 WG).

With piacere A marked change are called sight drafts regarded as the indication of a certain age limit is missing.
