The residential building at Aachener Straße 12 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) in the Gladbach district . It was built in the middle of the 19th century. The house was entered under No. A 043 on August 15, 1996 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
It is an eaves-standing, five-axis brick building with central axial access, two upper floors under a gable roof and a rear courtyard . Separated spray plinth in front of the first floor cladding made of scratched plaster, the upper floor plastered and painted. Rectangular windows with sills . The front building has half a basement. Four rooms and passage to the courtyard on the ground floor. Five rooms on each of the upper floors. Roof structure with a reclining chair, the beams were removed as evidenced by the joinery symbols and replaced.
