Abby Lee Miller

Abigale "Abby" Lee Miller (born September 21, 1966 in Pittsburgh ) is an American dance teacher, choreographer and director.

Miller learned to dance from her mother Maryen Lorrain Miller . In 1980 she founded the "Abby Lee Dance Company". Miller starred in the reality television series Dance Moms . Due to quarrels within the team and an expected prison sentence, she left the production in the middle of the 7th season.

At the age of 51, Miller was diagnosed with Burkitt's lymphoma . In November 2018, it was announced that Miller was working on Season 8 of Dance Moms.
