Abelines Gaard is a square courtyard in Hvide Sande , which was built between 1854 and 1871 by the beach bailiff Christen Christensen in a typical West Jut style. In 1974 the farm was bought by an independent foundation and converted into a local museum. The well-preserved courtyard is still furnished today as it was in Christensen's time. In 1996 Abelines Gård received the Europa Nostra Prize in recognition of the farm's preservation. The farm is part of the Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum .
