The dispenser is used to hold and dispense packaging tape . A distinction is made between hand and table dispensers .

The table version is attached to this or is fixed by its own weight.

In the simplest version, the adhesive tape is pulled out manually and cut using a fixed knife . If the same length of adhesive tape is always required, a model can be used in which a lever is used to dispense the tape in the preset length. The most complex variant is controlled electrically: at the push of a button, the adhesive tape is unwound and cut using an electromagnetic knife.

The hand dispenser for packaging tape consists of the holder for the adhesive tape roll and a handle as well as pressure rollers.

Handling:

  • Lively "knocking" on the area to be glued: the adhesive tape sticks
  • Pulling the device: a roller presses the belt
  • Finally, by turning the wrist, the angle of incidence of the dispenser is changed: a knife crosses the path of the tape and cuts it
