Oh. Brito Cosmética is the name of a Portuguese soap and perfume factory based in Fajozes .

The two German chemists Ferdinand Claus and Georges Ph. Schweder, who emigrated to Portugal in the mid- 19th century , founded the country's first soap and perfume factory under the name Claus & Schweder in Porto in 1887 . This was later visited by the Portuguese King Dom Manuel II . In 1914, the two Germans fled Portugal due to the First World War , which led to the closure of their factory. In 1918 Achilles de Brito took over management and integrated the products of the two companies as different brands under one roof. Since 1995 the products of the Claus Porto brand , consisting of the oil of the shea tree , have been sold worldwide.
