Bolondo is a Bantu language spoken by around 3000 people (1983 census) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo .

It is widespread in the province of Sud-Ubangi south of the city of Budjala .

Lingála is the most widely used business language among speakers , followed by the Ubangi language Ngbandi . Bolondo is written in the Latin script .

Bolondo forms the Bangi-Ntomba group with the languages Bamwe , Bangi , Boko , Bolia , Bomboli , Bomboma , Bozaba , Dzando , Lobala , Mabaale , Moi , Ntomba , Sakata , Sengele and Yamongeri and belongs to Guthrie Zone C40.
