Action Pact

! ACTION PACT! was a punk rock band from London . The band was formed in 1981 by guitarist Wild Planet , bassist Dr. Phibes and drummer Joe Fungus founded. The singer was initially The John , who was later replaced by singer George Cheex .

The band managed to release the first EP under the Fall Out Records label in 1982, which was able to place in the punk charts.
