Adriano Galliani (born July 30, 1944 in Monza ) is an Italian entrepreneur and football official .

After completing his training as a qualified geometer , Galliani worked for the city of Monza for eight years. In 1975 he founded Elettronica Industriale , which specializes in the manufacture of devices for receiving TV signals. Through his company he came into contact in 1979 with the businessman Silvio Berlusconi , with whom he founded the television channel Canale 5 .

In 1986 Adriano Galliani became managing director of the AC Milan football club, which had just been acquired by Berlusconi, and soon after became vice president. In 2002 he became president of the Lega Nazionale Professionisti , a sub-organization of the Italian football association Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio , which is the host of the national championship. His dual function as a high official of AC Milan and the Italian league repeatedly caused polemics over alleged conflicts of interest.

A court sentenced him to a nine-month ban, and the next instance reduced the sentence to five months and a fine. In 2011 he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of Italian Football .
