ADVISE

ADVISE ( A nalysis, D issemination, V isualization, I nsight, and S emantic E nhancement) is a program of the Department of Homeland Security of the United States and a successor of the program Total Information Awareness (later Terrorist Information Awareness ). It is funded from the TVTA (Threat and Vulnerability Testing and Assessment) portfolio.

There are little useable information on ADVISE outside the (presumed) budget of 47 million dollars ( 2004 - 2006 ), but certainly is the methodology of data mining, on which this project is based.
