The Aernnova Aerospace SA is a Spanish aerospace company headquartered in the capital of the Spanish Basque Country Vitoria in the province of Araba .

Aernnova Aerospace SA was founded in 2006 through the takeover of the aviation division of Gamesa (Gamesa Aeronáutica) from a banking consortium. It currently has around 4,100 employees at locations in Berantevilla ( Álava ), Cádiz , Seville , Toledo , Madrid , Orense , Barcelona , Vitoria and Tarazona , as well as Brazil , Mexico and the USA . Aernnova manufactures and develops structures for the aircraft industry. Production covers a wide range of products such as wings, fuselages, stabilizers, user interfaces, engine nacelles and fairings.

Since 2011, Aernnova has been manufacturing the elevator for the Airbus A350 as well as the center wing box and tailcone (rear fuselage section to which the elevator and rudder units are attached) for the new Bombardier CSeries . The turnover in 2011 was around 476 million euros.
