The Aeronca 11 Chief was a two-seat, light travel and sports aircraft produced by the US manufacturer Aeronca .

History and equipment

The model had a wide hull to accommodate two seats next to each other. The engine cowling was moved further down for better visibility. There was a device for trimming the aircraft according to Federal Aviation Administration guidelines . The version Aeronca 11 AC Chief with a Continental engine and an output of 65 or 85 hp appeared in 1946.
