Agamede (daughter of Makaria)
Agamede ( Greek Ἀγαμήδη ) is the eponymous heroine of the place Agamede on the island of Lesbos in Greek mythology .
According to Stephanos of Byzantium , she is the daughter of Makaria or Pyrrha , after whom the nearby town of Pyrrha is said to have been named. According to Nikolaos of Damascus , there was also a source of her name on Lesbos.
