Gerda Haas

Gerda Haas (born June 19, 1965 ) is a former Austrian hurdler and sprinter .

In the 400-meter hurdles she reached the semi-finals at the European Athletics Championships in 1986 in Stuttgart and was eliminated from the preliminary stages at the 1987 World Athletics Championships in Rome.

From 1984 to 1990 she was Austrian champion over 400 m and 400 m hurdles seven times in a row , as well as twice over 100 m (1985, 1986) and four times over 200 m (1985–1988). In the hall she won the national title over 400 m seven times (1982, 1984-1989) and four times over 200 m (1985-1988).
