Aghapy TV is a Coptic television station. Aghapy is the Greek-Coptic word for agape and means God's pure and divine love . The station was founded by the Coptic Church in 2005. The sender's motto is Lo and behold, a door in heaven has been opened (Revelation 4.1 EU ). The transmitter's headquarters are in Cairo , Egypt. Church services, Christian music and films are broadcast. The program can be received via the Telstar satellite as well as viewed via the Internet.
