Agilo for Trac (formerly Agilo for Scrum ) is free , web-based project management software that supports the agile software development method Scrum . Agilo is based on Trac , a case management system , and is written in the Python programming language .
The development of Agilo was started in January 2007 by Andrea Tomasini. The first version was published in January 2008.
Agilo is intended for agile software development projects that use the Scrum method .
Version 0.7 is based on Trac 0.11.
From version 0.9.1, Trac 0.12 is supported.
From version 0.9.9, Trac 1.0 is supported.
From version 0.9.14, Trac 1.0.2 is supported.
For scrum teams, scrum masters and product owners , Agilo offers functions to coordinate agile projects.
Functions
- Configurable product and sprint backlog
- Customizable backlogs such as release or bug backlogs
- Creation of requirements and user stories , including information about beneficiaries and keywords.
- Prioritization through the allocation of business value points
- Admin interface for adding, changing or configuring items, properties and fields in order to adapt Agilo to company-specific needs.
- Bi-directional traceability to link items and thus facilitate product management (e.g. change estimation)
- Real time burn-down chart , so that you can see the sprint progress at any time.
- Support of multiple teams and sprints to facilitate collaboration even with distributed teams (multi-project).
