Air21 Airlines was a short-lived American airline based in Fresno , California under the leadership of Mark Morro. The company was founded in January 1994 by David Miller and Mark Morrow. The airline operated five twin-engine Fokker F28 Fellowship aircraft with 64 passenger seats. On December 31, 1996, Air21 filed for bankruptcy.
